25% deposit is non refundable.
Cancellation 59 days or less prior to arrival – All monies paid will be forfeited.
Winter (15 Dec – 14 April exclusive of PEAK periods):
Cancellation 60 days or more – Guest will forfeit 10% of total booking value.
59 days or less prior to arrival – All monies paid will be forfeited.
Summer (15 April – 14 Dec exclusive of PEAK periods):
Cancellation 45 days or more : Guest will forfeit 10% of total booking value.
44 days or less prior to arrival – All monies paid will be forfeited.
NB: No refunds will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals or premature departures.
