The villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests across three well-appointed bedrooms.
The spacious primary suite is located on the upper level and features a King-size bed, a private en-suite bathroom with shower, and added privacy from the rest of the home. On the ground floor, the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. For added peace of mind, the villa is equipped with a monitored alarm system.
The open-plan living and dining areas flow into a fully equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances, making it easy to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a family dinner. Outside, guests can enjoy the BBQ grill—perfect for relaxed evenings after a day exploring the island.
Ideally located in Cap Estate, Kaz Olivia is just an 8–10 minute drive from some of Saint Lucia's most popular attractions, including beautiful beaches, a wide selection of restaurants and bars, Rodney Bay Marina, the Daren Sammy Cricket Ground, the famous Gros Islet Friday Night Street Party, and the historic Pigeon Island National Park.
To make your stay as seamless as possible, every booking includes complimentary concierge service. Our team is happy to assist with booking airport transfers, taxi arrangements, rental car bookings, grocery pre-stocking, restaurant recommendations and reservations, and helpful local information to help you make the most of your time on the island. Housekeeping service is offered once per week.
