Elegant townhouse situated in Rodney Bay, #17 is situated in the townhouse development of The Harbour.

This townhouse has a spacious ground floor which comprises the open plan kitchen, dining, living room and open air patio. The dining room is beautifully appointed with seating for 8 and adjoins the spacious living room. The space is cooled by either the wonderful sea breezes off the marina or the central air conditioning. This ground floor opens out through French doors onto a waterfront patio, ideal for scenic breakfasts or sundowners. Take in the view from the patio is of the Rodney Bay Marina with its beautiful array of luxury yachts and sailboats, along with jumping fish. The kitchen is well equipped kitchen with a laundry room for your convenience along with a small powder room nearby.

On the first floor is one air conditioned king-size bedroom with ensuite bathrooms. The air conditioned master bedroom, located on the second floor has a king bed and boasts a modern and spacious ensuite bathroom. There is also an air conditioned mezzanine floor in the master bedroom which can accommodate up to two children on a sofa bed. All bedrooms are equipped with TV, DVD, iPod dock and hairdryers. Child safety gates are available upon request. The Harbour is situated in fully landscaped gardens, with a swimming pool set amidst the lush tropical foliage.

We just came back from a 9 night stay. The location was great. Restaurants, Reduit beach, grocery store and shopping all within walking distance. They also arranged for a driver, Ernest, from the airport who was also great. We used him several times during our trip and even booked him for a private tour. Ester greeted us upon check in and was super nice. She came and cleaned every weekday. There were a lot more amenities available in this condo than I am used to when I rent a place such as toilet paper and hand soap and lotion. Our concierge representative met with us on day 2 and set up a few excursions for us. There was a washer and dryer which we were happy to see as I couldn’t find it in the listing. This was a very nice condo. It is right on the water. The view is amazing. There is lots of space. Everyone in our group loved staying here. The communication with the host and concierge on the island was good. Always got my questions answered. The pool is located essentially in the “backyard” of a few of the condos. It is a nice pool. It is deep, 5 feet. We could touch bottom on the outer edge but was a little deep otherwise. We did not use the pool much since it was our first time here and we did a lot of excursions and beach time.

We returned to St Lucia and No17 The Harbour after a few years absence; everything is still as wonderful as ever. My family and I had a great time and received the usual first class service from the team at Blue Sky Luxury in particular from Esther the lovely housekeeper. The island offers lots to keep 2 energetic children happy and the villa has everything you could possibly need. We will be back and highly recommend.
