Fully appointed 3 bedroom 2.5 bath waterfront townhome in the heart of Rodney Bay.

This townhouse has a spacious ground floor which comprises of the open plan kitchen, dining, living room and open air patio. The dining room is beautifully appointed with seating for 6 and adjoins the spacious living room, which is also well equipped with a Smart TV. The space is cooled by either the wonderful sea breezes off the marina or the central air conditioning and ceiling fans. This ground floor opens out onto a waterfront patio and a small private plunge pool, ideal for scenic breakfasts or sundowners. Take in the view from the patio is of the Rodney Bay Marina with its beautiful array of luxury yachts and sailboats, along with jumping fish. The kitchen is well equipped with a laundry room for your convenience along with a small powder room nearby.  A small office is also situated on the ground floor which is the ideal private workspace.

On the top floor there are three air conditioned bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has two single beds and a balcony with garden views.  Bedroom #2 has a Queen size bed.  Bedroom 1 & 2 shares a bathroom. The Primary bedroom, located on the top floor has a king bed and boasts a modern and spacious en-suite bathroom.  The master bedroom also has a balcony with an amazing view of the Marina.   All bedrooms have A/C and ceiling fans.

Pelican Point is situated in fully landscaped gardens and is one of only 4 units in the complex.

The photos don’t do this lovely home justice in my opinion, it is much bigger and more beautiful than we were expecting. Very comfy beds and it felt very secure with the gates. The team were extremely helpful with offering anything from excursions to grocery shopping. it is in a stunning location that is in walking distance to the gorgeous Reduit beach and lots of lovely restaurants. We ate at Spinnakers on the beach twice and would recommend this place. We would love to return one day and stay here again.

We had a fantastic Xmas at Pelican Point. The house is in a gated complex of 4 houses so private and secure and in the nice part of Rodney Bay. We had rented a car but this is not essential although it did make life easier for us. The house is clean and airy with a great outlook to the marina on the left and the open water of Gros-islet straight ahead. There is outside seating and beds for 2. The small pool was very refreshing. The outside table and chairs worked well for breakfast. The Webber gas barbecue was great. The kitchen is well supplied with bowls and pans. The hob is fine but the oven is slow to heat up but gets there. Sharon the nominated concierge was always available if needed and Francesca the housekeeper was lovely too. If you book this house, you will not be disappointed.

I booked this condo for my daughter's 24th birthday trip with her friends. We all loved the accommodations which were true from the photos. Communication was on point. Everything from the beach, grocery store, restaurants, night life and shopping was anywhere from a 10 to 15 minute walk and very accessible. Will definitely book with Blue Sky Luxury again. Thank you for an enjoyable and memorable vacation.

My family and I (4 adults, 2 children) stayed at this beautiful home in August for a week and had such a blast. This private property features a private splash pad (<3 feet deep) that was a huge hit for my 4 year old and 1 year old. The beautiful open view of the marina was incredible especially during sunrise. The patios were great for night time chilling even when it’s raining (home is well equipped for inclement weather). The house was well furnished and very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. All rooms have ACs and fans, all the bathrooms were spacious and clean. The washer and dryer was definitely put to use. It felt like a luxury vacation home. The master bedroom and bath (shower only) have amazing marina views especially from the balcony. The second full bath was huge with a spacious tub. Illytd was a wonderful host, very responsive via email and very kind. Francesca, our housekeeper, was a delight to be around. This private, gated property is within walking minutes of the famous Reduit beach, restaurants, mall, bars and a 10 minute drive to the Marina itself which features a small market infront of The Marketplace along with more restaurants and bars and a 5 minute drive to the Daren Sammy Stadium, 15 minute drive to Pigeon Island and a 30 minute drive to Castries. Everybody in my party really enjoyed staying here. It exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone who’s looking to stay in Rodney Bay!

I stayed at Pelican #3 with my 4 friends for my birthday. The complex is private and well maintained. The place was clean, A/C in every room and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Illtyd, our Concierge, was very welcoming and provided clear instructions for arrival and entry. She also arranged our Land & Sea tour as well as made reservations for our birthday dinners at 2 restaurants. The most important thing about "Pelican #3" is the location!!! Just a few minutes walk to the beach, great restaurants, bars, clubs and the Marina. I would definitely return to The Pelican and recommend them and Blue Sky Luxury to anyone visiting St Lucia. Thanks again Illtyd for making my stay memorable and always checking in on us.

Exactly as advertised except the pictures do not do the views justice. The villa is fully equipped making the stay extremely comfortable. I would return! 1 issue- none of the ACs seemed to function 100%. The days were very hot also the AC units could have been smaller than required for the high ceiling rooms but the ceiling fans did help the ACs cool the rooms to a very comfortable degree. The central AC downstairs could not be used at all as it was leaking puddles. AC maintenence required but still 5 stars!

Amazing property, The Pelican #3 is conveniently located close to the Main Street (shops, bars, beach), yet secluded enough to have your own privacy. Amazing host and she helped us book activities as well. A really great place.
