Let the stunning vista and ocean view entice and captivate you. Welcome to Brise De Mer a three floor villa situated at Saline Pointe in the exclusive Cap Estate community. This property comes equipped with a private pool and lush tropical grounds which boasts a colorful array of Caribbean fauna.

The welcoming breezes flow through the French doors that span the entire living, dining room & kitchen at Brise De Mer. Not only is the main living area open concept and spacious, but it also has an airy balcony with picturesque views of the ever alluring Caribbean Sea and the famous Pigeon Island National landmark, the beautiful Anse Du Cap beach seen from the villa is a short distance away, just waiting for you to visit. Sit back and take in the scene or host a lavish dinner party. Go down a few stairs to find the pool and lounge area where the uninterrupted views paint the scene.

Brise De Mer has three ensuite bedrooms located on the top floor, the master bedroom and the first bedroom both have king beds & their own private balconies. The third room has two twin beds that can be converted into a king if so desired. The fourth room is a semidetached apartment accessed from the pool deck and is the last floor in the villa, this is a self-contained apartment with a kitchen, full bathroom and living/dining space and its own bar and patio area.

This large spacious villa is great for the couple looking for a quiet and private get away as well as a family who desires a space to play and relax together. The villa is equipped with modern appliances and furnishings, and there are three bathrooms with tubs and two half baths, one located on the main floor and one near the pool.

STAFF: housekeeper/cook – 6 days weekly, a gardener once a week & pool maintenance twice weekly & toiletries, towels & safes are provided.

Villa was wonderful. We felt safe. Our host, Illtyd was always available to communicate with. She was helpful in all kinds of ways. Made recommendations on where to visit. She even visited us twice. She took it upon herself to shop and have meal prepared for us on the evening we arrived. Lucy cooked us good meals. She cleaned all areas daily. She was respectful and kind. The driver we hired was impeccable and was always available to take us out anywhere. We felt that they were family to us. Pool was regularly cleaned. We even said that we will come back to same villa next year.

We spent 8 days/nights at Brise D Mar and loved every minute of it. The view is spectacular and morning coffee was so relaxing every morning with that view. The pool was perfect. We really did not go out to many places at all with the house being that beautiful and accommodating. Lucy was the star of the show. She made us breakfast in the mornings and cooked some of her specialties for lunch/dinner that were absolutely amazing. In fact, we only ate out one night because her food was so delicious! We are missing Lucy already. She kept the house so clean and fresh and that really made it feel like a true vacation to all of us. We have stayed at many homes in many countries for our yearly family vacations, but this is in the top 3 for sure!

Our stay at the Brise de Mer villa was exceptional! The villa is clean, tastefully decorated, it is very well equipped and very functional, we were 8 adults. The photos are in line with reality, the panoramic view of the bay is breathtaking and breathtaking! We were very well received by Lucy and Vanessa. Lucy was incredible, extraordinarily kind, she is considerate, accommodating and discreet at the same time, a thousand thanks to her! We recommend with our eyes closed!

Brise de Mer was the perfect location for our girls' trip to St. Lucia! The house is spacious and comfortable, and the stunning views are exactly like the the photos. We enjoyed meals and cocktails on the balcony -- special shoutout to Lucy, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home and prepare the most delicious breakfasts. The location is just a short ride from a variety of great restaurants and hotels, so there were plenty of options for dining and exploring. While the area isn't very walkable, Illtyd helped us arrange taxis to all our reservations and daily excursions. We especially enjoyed our day pass to Cap Maison (5-10 minutes away by car) and our excursion to hike Gros Piton (2.5 hours by car). Highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a relaxing, scenic stay with exceptional hospitality by Illtyd, Lucy and the whole Blue Sky Luxury team. We can't wait to come back!

We chose this place due to the online feedback. Lucy is amazing and couldn’t be more accommodative. She made us breakfast in the morning and would also prepare anything else needed. Just an absolute wonderful person. Blue Sky stocked our refrigerator ahead of time for us which was a big help. they also planned a day on a private charter boat for us that was a great time with snorkeling, mud baths, water falls, lunch and very nice people! We also did horseback riding and rode the side by side atvs. Pigeon island is a nice quick day hike. The place is beautiful…..make sure to take a couple days just to enjoy the great accommodations. The pictures don’t do it justice. Blue Sky also recommended our driver, Ginger (Victor is his real name), who was reliable and a good driver. Definitely recommend this beautiful place!!

If you are looking for a vacation rental in St. Lucia, stop looking and book this house! From the moment we pulled up to the front gates and gazed out upon the sweeping views of Rodney Bay, the Caribbean and the island itself, we were amazed. The house itself is beautiful as well with three upstairs bedrooms with en suite baths and a fourth lower level bedroom tucked away off of the pool via a short hallway (really an apartment with its own sitting area, bathroom, and small kitchen albeit with a refrigerator that is not working at present), each with very comfortable beds and individual air conditioning units that keep the rooms exactly as cool as each person or couple would like. The kitchen is well-supplied with nearly everything you could want for preparing meals, and the main living area has plenty of comfortable seating with a smart TV to access all of the usual streaming services as well as a great many cable channels. And the pool is well-kept, looks out over the bay and island below while also being essentially protected from view by any nearby or more distant properties. Finally, as mentioned in so many reviews, Lucy - the housekeeper, cook and rum punch mixer extraordinaire - is so nice, professional and helpful! If you are not familiar with the island, the ONLY caveat that I would add is that the location on the far northwest part of the island provides for some rather long drives to Castries (45 min), the rainforest (1.5h), or some of the attractions on the southwest parts of the island (Project Chocolat, etc - 2h). There was more than enough to do in the Rodney Bay area to keep us busy and very happy for a week, but this was worth a mention just in case your plans have you spending more time to the south. p.s. If you want the freshest fish possible, we highly recommend going to the marina area and buying your fish straight from the fisherman's market (map to 14.079149,-60.953231) where the men will happily skin, fillet and debone the fish that have just come in from the boats - mahi mahi, tuna, rockfish, and more!

The 8 of us had a fabulous 9-day stay here. The villa was spotless, the views were divine and beds were all very comfortable. We loved the pool area and spent many hours with drinks on the beautiful veranda. Our concierge from Blue Sky Luxury, Illtyd communicated everything clearly to us and helped with reservations to the wonderful restaurants nearby. Lucy was so amazing!!! We just loved her and she went out of her way to make us happy and comfortable. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone and hope we can return some day.

We just had an incredible 10 days that we spent at this property. The views are stunning. The pool was spectacular. The gardening was beautifully manicured. The home was spacious and spotless. I can not say enough about this house and its gorgeous views. But the most incredible thing about our experience is being able to experience our location and have Lucy. Lucy is the house keeper and cook. She made our vacation 5 stars! She cooked breakfast and dinner for us every evening. She cooked local dishes so we could experience the food her family experiences at home. She was attentive but respects your privacy. She cleaned up the rooms and baths every day. Not only that. But she tends to the flowers and yard. She picked up leaves in the pool and takes care of the lawn furniture. Lucy is the reason this house stands above the rest. She gives you a 5 star experience in the comfort of a home. The owners and management company are so very lucky to have Lucy on their team. She has so much pride in her work.

This villa is outstanding, the place is spotlessly clean, the views are superb, the pictures really don't do it justice. There is something to be said about be able to get up in the morning and go for a dip in the pool, whilst the wonderful housekeeper Lucy prepares breakfast and serves it on the veranda... Save yourself some time and don’t look anymore. You just found it. The pictures don’t do Justice. We will book the same place next time. Location wise, it’s absolutely the best part of island (in my opinion). Very close drive to Rodney Bay and Reduit beach which is one the most beautiful beaches on the island. Very close to Pigeon island. The house is situated on top of hill with an unmatched view of the island, blue water and pigeon island. Very close to Naked Fisherman restaurant with a private beach. The housekeeper has been a wonderful add. It made our trip even more memorable to come back to a clean house with food already made. We all fell in love with her. We will truly miss Lucy. There was plenty of room for our 3 families and more. It’s also very equipped. The most equipped Airbnb I have stayed in. Even Bluetooth speakers, cooler to pack drinks on our beach days and more.

This property is excellent with space, the view (on the hill overlooking Pigeon Island) comfort and Lucy, the housekeeper, was wonderful. We had an AMAZING time at Brise de Mer! Absolutely everything exceeded our expectations, especially Lucy and Illtyd! We enjoyed our time at the villa, especially the beautiful pool! And we also enjoyed exploring the island - what an amazing place! While we loved our stay, there were just a couple of things you/the owner might think about to make if even better! A few rafts or floats for the pool would be a good addition. The hair dryer would not work well in the master bath closest to the pool. I didn’t try it in the other master, but did try it in the centre bedroom’s bathroom where it worked much better. Not a biggie…just thought I would share!

Our family had a fabulous vacation at Brise De Mer, a beautiful home operated by Tropical Villas in St. Lucia. We thoroughly enjoyed the home's spacious layout, modern feel and amazing views . Illtyd, our concierge from Tropical Villas, met us at the beginning of our vacation and helped us plan many fun activities and made reservations for us for dinner most nights. She is absolutely delightful and enjoyable to work with, and always answered our calls immediately. Lucy, our housekeeper and cook, is a joy to be around and made our life very easy by keeping the house immaculate and preparing delicious meals. We were very sad to leave when our week stay ended. I highly recommend Brise De Mer as a wonderful place to stay in St. Lucia!

When we walked into the house, we were speechless. The staff was phenomenal and extremely accommodating. Margarete was a great resource; she was instrumental in helping plan our stay. Lucy is a wonderful, and generous human being, a breath of fresh air. We arrived in the middle of night and didn’t have a chance to go to the grocery store. When we woke up the next morning, Lucy had brought us bananas and bread, using her own money, very thoughtful. The gesture caught us by surprise. Pleasantly surprised, of course. Terry was delightful to work with also. He always made himself available to drive us around, whenever we needed him. I would definitely go back to that villa and recommend it.

Villa Brise de Mer was an amazing place to stay during our trip to the Gorgeous island of St.Lucia. We went there with a couple of our friends from 4 to 9 July 2018. At the Villa Brise de Mer we were received warmly by Lucy who was ready with rum punch to welcome us! The rooms and bathrooms were modern, clean and well furnished. From every room in the house and from the balcony you have a terrific view of the Caribbean ocean and Pigeon Island. This view is a million bucks! The private pool was so inviting my husband went swimming right away. Pigeon Island is only a few miles away and is worth visiting. Fort Rodney and a short hike to Signal peak were refreshing. Wild lemongrass grew everywhere on the hill tops of Pigeon Island!"
