Elegant townhouse situated in Rodney Bay, Bay View # 7 is situated in a townhouse development & steps away from the communal pool.

This townhouse has a spacious ground floor which comprises the open plan kitchen, dining, living room and open air patio. The dining room is beautifully appointed with seating for 6 and adjoins the spacious living room. The space is cooled by either the wonderful sea breezes off the marina, ceiling fans or A/C. This ground floor opens out onto a waterfront patio, ideal for scenic breakfasts or sundowners. The view from the patio is of Rodney Bay Marina with its colorful array of luxury yachts and sailboats, along with jumping fish. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a laundry room for your convenience along with a small powder room nearby.

On the upper floor there are three air conditioned bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and Bedroom 2 is equipped with twin beds. The air conditioned master bedroom has a king bed and boasts a modern and spacious ensuite bathroom. Situated in fully landscaped gardens, with a swimming pool set amidst the lush tropical foliage.  24 hour security.

STAFF: Housekeeper -Wednesdays- 9am – 12pm.

An amazing house with a fantastic view. This house is clean, spacious and comfortable. The pool is steps away and it has everything you need. It is easy walking distance to the shops of Rodney bay and beautiful Reduit beach. Don't hesitate to book it.

A beautiful, well equipped 3 bedroom home with access to a pool and view of the water and the marina. Tanya and team coordinated our booking very well and answered emails promptly. House was clean and in great decorative order with everything that you could wish for, for a short or longer stay. Supermarket, restaurants and Reduit beach are only a short walk away. Taxi rank nearby also. Rodney Bay was a great location to be based at. Overall a wonderful stay and would recommend Bayview 7 to everyone. Thank you Blue Sky Luxury for a great St Lucia experience.

We had a really fantastic stay, property was great, just like the pictures. House was clean & very tastefully furnished & so spacious. it really was a home from home. Everything needed was supplied. The housekeeper was a lovely lady who kept the place in order. Garden & pool areas were immaculate. Communication from start to finish was excellent and we even had a visit from the management team to ensure that everything was ok. Ideal location for beach & local shops & restaurants. Apartment is well secured with a key fob gate, so we felt safe even when coming or going out at late hours. I would highly recommend this property. Well worth the money!

The house is wonderful. Easy to get to large, well stocked grocery stores, restaurants and the beach (about a 15 min walk.) Amenities are as described. Complex is gated and security guard on premises 24/7, although we did not feel unsafe anywhere we went.

Staying at Bayview #7 was the perfect home away from home to stay while on vacation. The townhome was spacious with great bay views. It's in a gated community so it felt very safe. Close to shops, restaurant, and taxi stand if you needed transportation to get anywhere. The staff was very responsive and friendly. I would definitely stay there again and recommend.

Absolutely beautiful villa photos does not do it justice. Everyone I communicated with from Tanya in Reservations to Illtyd our concierge, was very helpful and accommodating. We are planning a second trip and will stay in the same place. The bbq had broken down and they sent someone to fix it straight away. Illtyd was able to help with booking our excursions at a good price. Thank you for an amazing holiday.

The house is just fantastic. It is a lot bigger then the photos indicate and each ot the 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom. The location of the house is perfect for people wanting to be close to restaurants and shops, and with only a short walk to the Reduit beach. Our experince with the host was also exelent. All our requests were met and all questions answered rapidly. We could not be more satisfied with our stay. I highly recommend renting this house.

Perfect! The pictures do not do this place any justice. Much larger then we expected. Walkable to grocery stores, nightlife, restaurants and beach. Pool was small, but warm and generally had it to ourselves. I would highly recommend this place!! Definitely my number 1 choice for St. Lucia
