  • Elegant townhouse situated in Rodney Bay, Bay View # 7 is situated in a townhouse development & steps away from the communal pool.

This townhouse has a spacious ground floor which comprises the open plan kitchen, dining, living room and open air patio. The dining room is beautifully appointed with seating for 6 and adjoins the spacious living room. The space is cooled by either the wonderful sea breezes off the marina, ceiling fans or A/C. This ground floor opens out onto a waterfront patio, ideal for scenic breakfasts or sundowners. The view from the patio is of Rodney Bay Marina with its colorful array of luxury yachts and sailboats, along with jumping fish. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a laundry room for your convenience along with a small powder room nearby.

On the upper floor there are three air conditioned bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. You will choose primary bedroom, the 2nd and 3rd  will be locked off.  The air conditioned master bedroom has a king bed and boasts a modern and spacious ensuite bathroom. Situated in fully landscaped gardens, with a swimming pool set amidst the lush tropical foliage.  24 hour security.

STAFF: Housekeeper – Wednesdays- 9am – 12pm.

The accommodation was amazing - spotlessly clean, amazing views, peaceful and felt very safe. We had a few issues and reported them to the office. Sharon, the concierge, was really friendly and super efficient. She fixed the issues straight away and kept us informed throughout. Our friends stayed in a house a few doors along - our accommodation was far better than theirs and they paid more than us! We arranged a boat trip which picked us up from the jetty outside our back door. The swimming pool and area were lovely. We hired a car from the airport. I would recommend a taxi from the airport due to the steep hill starts, pot holes etc and hire a car at the resort. The complex has 24 hour security and the guard sat outside our property when he wasn’t patrolling. The cleaner, Vanesta, is lovely and was very attentive. Our family had an amazing time in St Lucia and would 100% recommend this accommodation.

The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything and within walking distance to the beach! The space itself was amazing: large, clean, and had everything I needed for both relaxation and work. The property was even more beautiful than the pictures. This place was very spacious, clean, and had a great view of the bay. Walking distance to the beach, multiple restaurants, and the marina. The concierge helped set up excursions and assisted us with any needs. Couldn’t have asked to a better stay in Saint Lucia.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at Bayview #7 - beautiful villa with amazing views and felt like home. The beds are extremely comfy, large rooms with lots of natural light. Loved the outdoor space - was private and right by the pool. Illtyd from the Blue Sky Luxury Team was an amazing host and helped us book our trips - very responsive and helpful both before and during our stay

Bayview 7 was extremely comfortable, well equipped and a convenient location for shops restaurants and transport. Lovely comfortable furnishings inside and out. Super comfortable beds and air conditioning The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The apartment was spotlessly clean with great 24 hour security service. Fabulous views from the outside deck onto the water, well maintained grounds and the pool just steps away from the apartment but well screened from the apartment.

We spent a perfect two weeks in Rodney Bay in this beautiful waterfront setting. Communication with Blue Sky Luxury was quick and easy. Our concierge, Illtyd, was dedicated to our every need, even showing up on a Sunday afternoon. Cleaning and security were very friendly and efficient as well. The location is very quiet and yet a short walk from a busy variety of coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, marina, beach, etc. We were especially impressed with the comfortable furnishings, ample supplies of basic needs, towels, laundry and pool which, although shared was hardly ever occupied. Would love to return next year.

We stayed one week at Bay View #7 and it is a nice place right on the harbor. I was a little worried about noise coming from across the harbor but we never heard much. The location is very secure with a gate to get in and out and 24 hour security there. There is a pool right outside that is very nice. The location is right near many nice restaurants including Amici's and Spice of India. The concierge was easy to reach in case we needed anything, but to be honest the location had everything we needed. The location was very clean with no bugs or insects. The balconies were very nice but we usually just used the patios downstairs. All the beds and other furniture was very clean and comfortable. The place and the furnishings looked very new. We would likely stay there again if we ever came to St Lucia. One time we had an outing to go snorkeling and we actually had the boat pick us up at the docks outside.
