The 3-bed, 3-bath Hummingbird Villa in Cap Estate offers guests a true tropical retreat. Tucked into the vedant hillside and overlooking the Caribbean Sea and Rodney Bay, this special villa invokes the feeling of tree house living. A gorgeous flamboyant tree presides over the wooden bridge patio which leads to a stone pool deck and plunge pool, surrounded by colourful bougainvillea and other tropical plants. Guests can lounge on one of the many decks, or swing in the hammock and enjoy the Atlantic breezes that keep the property airy and fresh.

This Caribbean villa enjoys an open plan living and dining area with hardwood floors and louvre doors that open up onto the deck and an outdoor eating area. The kitchen, spacious and modern, is fully equipped, and with shutters that open out to valley views, keeps the place cool and bright. Wooden floors, crisp white walls and louvre windows all conspire to create a uniquely fresh Caribbean vibe.

There are two double bedrooms on the main living level. Bedroom 1 has two single beds that can be made into a king size bed, with louvre windows that look out towards the flamboyant tree. There is a shower room off of this bedroom. Bedroom 2 has a four poster queen size bed with an en suite shower room. This bedroom has a door that leads to the swimming pool and sun deck. The master suite is elevated with a queen sized four poster bed, ensuite bathroom & its own private patio with stunning island views. All rooms have mosquito netting for each bed.
