Before you arrive in Barbados
Accepted COVID-19 test results & travel forms
ALL travellers are required to bring a valid negative Standard COVID-19 PCR test result and to complete the online Immigration and Customs Form which will be available 72 hours before your arrival in Barbados. The following COVID-19 tests are accepted for entry into Barbados under the ensuing conditions:
A nasopharyngeal or oropharyngeal swab (or both) taken by a certified healthcare provider or a recognized testing facility (e.g. Stage Zero). The test is required to be done within 3 days before arrival.
For your clarity, the Barbados Ministry of Health & Wellness does not accept:

- Nasal swab samples
- Saliva samples
- Self-administered tests (even if the sample was taken under the supervision of a healthcare provider)
- Home kits
- Rapid PCR tests

On arrival in Barbados
Fast track & airport transfers

VIP Fast Track
The Fast Track agent will greet you just before you enter the arrivals hall. You will then be Fast-Tracked hassle-free through a dedicated Immigration line, Port Health and the PCR testing facility, escorted to baggage claim and on to a dedicated Customs line, after which you are escorted to your waiting for a pre-arranged taxi that will take you to your holiday home.
Transfers
A friendly and knowledgeable driver will “meet and greet” you outside the arrivals hall. Our drivers are easy to spot as they are equipped with a Blue Sky Luxury sign with your name and the name of your villa. We regularly inspect the vehicles to ensure they meet our high-quality standards. As our drivers are very familiar with our properties, they know exactly where you are going thus saving you precious holiday time. While on the road he will call and check-in at the house ensuring the property staff and/or manager are there to meet you. Just so that you have one less thing to worry about – we would also be pleased to make advance arrangements for your departure transfers as well.
Pre-Stocked Groceries
You’ve arrived safely and have been whisked through the arrivals process, with pre-stocking the Concierge Can team will have your holiday home stocked with the groceries and beverages of your choice so you can start enjoying your holiday the moment you arrive. If you have booked your villa with our friendly and experienced staff, all of your favourite meals can be prepared whether local or international.
