Great food is right across the street. Public transportation is available right outside. The ocean is right across the street and visible from the front patio. There's also a convenience store in the shopping center next door. The view is beautiful minus the one pink restaurant directly across the street. You're close enough to still hear the ocean but during the day it can get interrupted by the sound of traffic and you can hear the whistling frogs at night. It's still worth sitting out there though. The unit looks just like the pictures. They even had the beach towels on the bed shaped like mermaid tails! The pool area is beautiful. Even though it's in a condo complex, it was never crowded. And the landscaping was amazing! We had an issue with the locks, but between Taunia, the concierge, and property manager, it was resolved and everything worked out.
