This condo has it all: great location, great view, comfortable furnishings, reliable host. The walls are solid so we never heard neighbors. Solid interior doors kept mornings quiet. 3 people can use the sofa like a chaise simultaneously. Nice padded lounge chairs on the balcony. I don't think I've slept better on vacation, with comfortable beds and bedding, and quiet individual air conditioners and ceiling fans in all the rooms. Wish we could copy this condo everywhere we visit. Dover Beach was gorgeous, with snorkeling and boogie boarding\/surfing (neither were exceptional but a rare combo). Water sports rental next door. Restaurants all around. Beach chair rental meant never competing or stressing. Seaweed was starting to wash in mid-March, so try to book early in the year.
