This elegant 3-bedroom condominium is located on the third floor of the upscale Sapphire Beach community in Barbados, overlooking the turquoise waters of Dover Beach. Bright and airy, the apartment is finished in neutral tones with a relaxed island style. The entrance leads to the spacious open-plan kitchen and living areas. The covered verandah and views of the coconut trees, white sandy beach, and cool ocean can be glimpsed beyond. The verandah features two lounging chairs and a dining area. The shores of Dover Beach can be accessed via the pool deck and are an excellent location for an early morning stroll, exhilarating jet skiing, snorkelling, or simply sunbathing under the swaying palm trees. St. Lawrence Gap is just a short walk down the road, with trendy restaurants, nightclubs, and local boutiques. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the close proximity to the Barbados Golf Club only 10 minutes drive away.
The complex is gated with secure parking, two lovely freeform swimming pools and a modern fitness centre. This is a fantastic property with excellent value for those looking to treat their family to a memorable holiday in paradise.
A nearby unit will be undergoing work, and there may be some noise during the early stages of the project.
